  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 400 gm asparagus
  • 3 onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Pepper and salt as required

  • Herbs like thyme, basil (fresh or dry)

  • Cut the asparagus tips and keep aside. Chop remaining stalk finely.
