To make the Cheesy Beetroot Cutlet

  • 2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup beetroot puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 cup oil for frying
  • 2 cubes cheese

To serve

  • Tomato ketchup

Preparation Of Cheesy Beetroot Cutlet recipe

To make the Cheesy Beetroot Cutlet

  • In a mixing bowl add all above ingredients except oil and mix well.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoon more bread crumbs if required and make a lumpy mixture.
  • Then make small sized balls and flatten them.
  • Stuff 1 tablespoon of grated cheese in it. Cover it and give a tikki shape.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry all cutlets on medium flame till crispy.
  • Then serve it with ketchup and garnish with grated cheese.
