Ingredients for Lemon Coriander Soup recipe

To make the Lemon Coriander Soup 

  • Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 cup
  • Finely chopped spring onion – 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage – 2 tbsp
  • Carrot – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 3 cup
  • Chopped garlic cloves – 3 – 4
  • Ginger chopped – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Finely chopped green chilly – 1
  • Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp

Preparation Of Lemon Coriander Soup recipe

To make the Lemon Coriander Soup

  • Heat butter in a pressure cooker.
  • Add garlic cloves and ginger and saute for one min.
  • Add coriander leaves and all veggies and mix well.
  • Mix cornflour in half cup of cold water and add in the soup.
  • Add three cup of water and lemon juice, salt and cover the lid.
  • When cooker releases the whistle switch off the flame.
  • Once cooled, blend in the blender.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
