Ingredients for Masala Pav  recipe

To make the Masala Pav

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon red chilly powder
  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 4 dabeli bun

Preparation of Masala Pav  recipe

To make the Masala Pav

  • In a pan add 3 tablespoon butter.
  • Add garlic paste and onions cook till soft then add capsicum and tomato cook for 5 min.
  • On medium heat till soft, then add salt, red chilly powder, pav bhaji masala, lemon juice.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook till butter reduced, then add 1/4 cup water and let it boil for 1 min.
  • Then add chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Off the flame.
  • Give a Cut the bun apply butter and roast it on a pan, then stuff the veg masala, and apply stuffing on all sides, cook for 1 min.
  • Then serve it in serving the dish and garnish with chopped coriander.

  • Add grated cheese to make more yummy and tasty.
