Ingredients for Mawa Gond Pak Burfi recipe

To make the Mawa Gond Pak Burfi

  • Mawa/whole dried milk  –  1 cup
  • Gond – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds – for garnishing
  • Clarified butter – 2 tbsp

Preparation Of Mawa Gond Pak Burfi recipe

To make the Mawa Gond Pak Burfi

  • Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the gond and keep aside.
  • Roast the mawa until brown.
  • Heat sugar and water in a pan.
  • Cook till sugar dissolves and syrup get a thick consistency.
  • Add gond and mawa and mix well.
  • Grease the plate and pour the mawa gond mixture and spread it.
  • Once cooled, cut in a diamond shape.
  • Garnish with almonds.
