To make the Methi Jaggery Laddoo

  • Wheat flour  –  1 cup
  • Methi seeds / fenugreek seeds  –  2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter  –  1/4 cup
  • Grated jaggery  –  1/4 cup

Preparation Of Methi Jaggery Laddoo recipe

To make the Methi Jaggery Laddoo

  • Churn methi seeds/fenugreek seeds to make a powder.
  • Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  • Add wheat flour and methi seeds/fenugreek seeds powder.
  • Roast on medium flame until light brown in colour and give out the fragrance.
  • After stirring further for 10 to 15 minutes switch off the flame.
  • Add jaggery and mix well.
  • Shape it into small size laddu.
  • Store it an airtight container and eat whenever you want too.
