To make the Italian Pizza Pizza
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 pizza base
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1cup sliced mushroom
- 1 cup fresh chopped basil leaves
- 1 cup sliced onion
- ½ cup diced red and yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Italian pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon oregano mixture
Preparation of Italian Pizza recipe
To make the Italian Pizza
- Cook all vegetables in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes on medium heat add salt and chilli flakes to taste.
- Spread pizza sauce on pizza base equally, add vegetable mixture in it sprinkle with basil leaves.
- Spread mozzarella cheese on pizza.
- Baked it in the microwave for 6-7 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut it into pieces and serve it.
- You can also add sausage or any other vegetable of your choice.
