Ingredients for Sprout Chaat recipe
To make Sprout Chaat
- 1 cup kala chana, sprouted
- 1 cup moong dal, sprouted
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- Green chillies as per taste, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped fine
- 1 cup tomato-de-seeded and chopped fine
- 5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rajma (kidney beans)
- 1 cup paneer, diced
- 2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and ground
- 1 cup soya beans, boiled
- lemon juice as per taste
Preparation of Sprout Chaat recipe
To prepare Sprout Chaat
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
- You can also add a little curd or sonth ki chutney if desired.
- You can vary the combinations according to your liking or choose only moong sprouts if you like.
- Use a variety of sprouts.
- If you want, you can add other vegetables too of your choice.
