Ingredients for Tricolour Panacotta recipe

To make the Tricolour Panacota

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon agar agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/8 teaspoon green food colour
  • 1/8 teaspoon orange food colour
  • In 1/4 cup warm water

Preparation Of Tricolour Panacotta recipe

To make the Tricolour Panacota

  • Soak agar agar powder for 10 min and keep aside
  • Pour milk and condensed milk into a pan and bring it to a simmer
  • Then add vanilla essence and soaked agar agar powder into the pan and stir it well.
  • Now, remove it from the heat.
  • Divide the mixture into the 3 portions and add green colour in the first portion, white colour in the second portion and orange colour in the third portion.
  • Take any shape mold and add 2 tablespoon green mixture, set it for 10 min, then add white mixture on it and set it again for 10 min in last add orange mixture on top.
  • Let the mix cool down and then refrigerate for at least 1 hours before serving.
