Ingredients for Veg. Sandwich recipe

To make the Veg. Sandwich 

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilly
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 2 cube cheese
  • 1 packet sandwich bread

To make the Green Chutney

  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 3_4 Green chilly
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation of Veg. Sandwich recipe

To make the Veg. Sandwich recipe

  • In a mixing bowl add chopped capsicum, onions, cabbage, tomato, salt, chat masala, coriander and mix well.
  • Cut the ages of bread and apply butter and green chutney.
  • Stuff veg. masala, cover another bread and toast it in a toaster.
  • Serve with ketchup and green chutney.
  • Garnish with grated cheese.

To make Green Chutney

  • Grind all ingredients to smooth paste by adding little water.

  • U can add grated cheese with stuffing also.
